We require residents to purchase Liability Insurance in the amount of $100,000 of liability coverage with the Owner identified as an "additional insured". You will be required to submit proof of coverage before move-in and upon renewal of policy and lease.
We recommend you obtain Renter's Insurance, but do not require. it.
