1. What is your Application Fee? BG Rental Homes does NOT charge an application fee
2. What is the Credit Score Required? We require a Credit Score of 625 or greater
3. Do you accept Section 8? No, we do not accept Section 8
4. Is there Criminal /Credit Background check? Yes, we use TransUnion Smart Move to run Credit and Criminal Background checks on all our residents over 18 years of age.
5. Who is required to fill out an application? Anyone over 18 years of age that will be living in the property
6. Do you Allow Pets? Yes, we allow a maximum of 2 pets. There is a $250 non-refundable fee for the first pet and a $150 non-refundable fee for the second pet. We also use a service called PetScreening.com to verify ESA's, vaccinations and to determine monthly pet rent -- https://bgrentalhomes.petscreening.com
7. Do you allow financial co-signers? Yes, we allow financial co-signers (If needed, please discuss with property manager)
8. Are any utilities included in rent? No, all Utilities are the responsibility of the resident
